We are looking for a case manager in our illness absence management in the Netherlands, who has several years of experience in the field. Working area are our locations in Amsterdam and Drachten.
Your role is to:
advise both managers and employees with the focus on preventing and reducing absenteeism.
offer advice and solutions if any bottlenecks are identified in this process.
consult and be in touch with various parties: management, company doctors, task delegates, interventionists, HR and your colleagues of course!
monitor progress and ensure that legal obligations are met.
take the privacy of the employees into account at all times.
analyze and identify trends.
manage and monitor your own portfolio and report to the manager of Health & Wellbeing in the HR Netherlands department.
You're the right fit if:
You have a completed HBO education (e.g. HRM, Psychology or Law) complemented by a course recognized by the RNVC as Case Manager Regie op Verzuim (CROV).
You have at least 1-3 years of experience as Case Manager.
You have very good knowledge of laws and regulations concerning the ‘Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’, social security and Sickness Benefits Act.
Knowledge of Dotweb cloud (absenteeism management system) is an advantage.
You are proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).
You are service-minded, enthusiastic, a team player, decisive, self-assured, and self-confident.
You have excellent communication and skills. Able to advise, influence and motivate.
You are proficient in Dutch and English languages in speaking and writing.
