Boeing Netherlands BV is looking to fill 1 position at its LCW location (Logistic Center Woensdrecht, Hoogerheide at the Royal Netherlands Airforce (RNLAF)) for the Combined Helicopter Support contract (COHESU). COHESU is a Boeing CH47 Chinook and AH64 Apache Helicopter Contract, which provides PBL supply support for selected components with the RNLAF.
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Planner and Inventory Manager to join our team in Hoogerheide, Netherlands.
Position Responsibilities:
Planning, ordering, and expediting spare parts inventory to achieve contractual Service Level target for part availability.
Inducting repairs and working with the repair management team to ensure repairs are on schedule.
Coordinating shipments of parts to and from customer facility.
Tracking and tracing urgent material requirements and keeping the Customer informed about status.
Optimizing Inventory levels and arranging the disposition of excess stock levels.
Communicating with Customer to discuss all relevant operational requirements such as shortages, demand planning and process development and improvement.
Maintaining the accuracy of inventory and purchase orders using both Customer and Boeing inventory management systems.
Resolving shipment, quality and data discrepancies.
Producing various inventory management reports and charts along with contractual Service Level metrics.
Work with the Boeing and Customer teams (IT, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, etc) to develop solutions to current and emerging IMM program support and related issues.
Occasional virtual support for other IMM offices in the Europe region.

Basic qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to project a positive customer interface at all times.
Fluency in written and verbal Dutch and English.
Computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Capable of analyzing and making sound business judgements.
Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum direct supervision.
Ability to analyze data.
Good organizational and time management skills.
SAP Experience.
Typical Education & Experience:
Requirements include 5 -7 years related work experience, preferably in a military or aerospace environment or a university degree in Business Materials Management or Supply Chain Logistics fields and 3-5 years related experience.
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in the Netherlands. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in the Netherlands. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll.
