You’ll be part of the EMEA Distribution team, which is responsible for process and packaging optimization of all the distribution center within Tesla EMEA. Working directly in the EMEA Global Distribution Center, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn, change and improve processes related to packaging, impacting directly on safety, quality, cost and delivery. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the holistic view of Tesla service supply chain and support the improvement of our associates packaging process on a daily basis.
What You’ll Do
- Improve analytical skills through analysis of data collection related to packaging
- Analyze and support the creation of packaging instruction and identify main improvement opportunities
- Support on data collection for business cases creation that support process and packaging improvements
- Learn how to create good relationships with our associates
- Understand, collect and support operation’s needs

- Design new processes related to packaging
- Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
- Studying relevant engineering field (e.g. Industrial, Mechanical, Logistics)
- Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment

- Proficient in Excel
