About the Position
Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey as an HR Intern? At Kraft Heinz- we have an amazing opportunity waiting just for you! You will support the International Operations and Procurement function based in Amsterdam- the Netherlands and report to the HR Business Partner Operations and Procurement International. You'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to our dynamic work environment. As an HR Intern- you'll be an integral part of our hard-working team- which is always striving for excellence.
This is your chance to dive into the world of HR- gain hands-on experience in various projects- and be part of a leading global food company.
In brief- you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating communication efforts for Operations and Procurement International- including townhalls- newsletters- and internal engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with day-to-day HR Operations- including tasks related to hiring- promotions and onboarding.
- Provide administrative assistance in various HR tasks- such as maintaining employee records- preparing HR documents- and managing HR databases.
- Assist in employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to maintain positive employee relationships.
Qualifications
Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree (preferably in the area of Business- Human Resources- Communications);
- The English language is essential- ideally second (preferably Dutch) is an advantage;
- High standard of analytical capability
- Ability to meet deadlines and cope with fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
