 Stone Sourcing AG is seeking a talented and experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician in Amsterdam.

We are hiring on behalf of a very well-known international Japanese document management company.

Our client is looking for strong Azure, Microsoft, and Vmware experience combined with being passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Tasks

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure system stability and uptime
• Document and maintain IT procedures and knowledge base

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
• Proficient in Dutch and English
• Strong experience with Azure, Microsoft, and Vmware technologies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft are a plus
