What are the key benefits of working in this team, location, and Smartvatten?
The Benelux team consists of eight top sales professionals whose office is in Amsterdam. They focus on real estate owners/investors fulfilling their ESG strategy and maintaining a solid collaboration to succeed. To maintain a culture of togetherness, the team meets in the office once or twice a week, and twice a year, we host company events to spend time together in Finland!
What does a typical day look like?
To give you a warm welcome, we will introduce you to our various business units, services, and sales processes and celebrate your joining. After onboarding, your daily task will be to master the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to booking meetings to sales negotiations and closing sales. You will make most sales calls through Teams but occasionally travel for face-to-face meetings and work effectively with the Customer Success team.

Our new sales are mostly outbound driven, complemented by the support of a strong marketing team.
What will I need to do to succeed in the role?
For you to succeed in this role, you must have high proficiency in Dutch and English.
Solid working experience in high-growth SaaS and/or Real estate sectors as an Account manager.
Active mindset with the ability to expand existing customer relationships and maintain them by upselling and cross-selling. The sales cycle (average full sales cycle 1 - 7 months).
