Your role


Proactively drive the number of vacancies down throughout the business through a partnership approach. Focus on the reduction of cost associated with hiring, whilst generating the best possible calibre of candidate. Work on initiative and be driven by results especially by targets and deadlines and improve performance of the service. As Corporate Recruiter you will perform the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.


Responsibilities

Work closely with HRBP and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive strategy for candidate attraction and selection.

Facilitate the Recruitment process from start to end; job postings, sourcing and screening of candidates, discuss qualified candidates with the hiring managers, coordinate the interview process, coordinate the offer process, work out contracts and provide the administrative check in

Execute the onboarding processes and induction programmes of Bureau Veritas in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Create and manage selection materials such assessment centre tasks and competency-based interviews together with the project manager

Maintain and improve the Employer Brand through campaigns and cooperate with relevant stakeholders together with the project manager

What do you bring

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent level
  • Strong interest in recruitment and developments and trends in the field of recruitment.
  • 1 year or more experience in Recruitment is a Plus
  • Highly responsible for the work and sense of confidentiality
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Initiative, quick learning, open minded, positive attitude, and good teamwork spirit
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Fluent English both in oral and written
  • Be proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
