At the Heineken Experience visitors will learn all about the brand and experience its magic.
A five-star guest experience depends heavily on tailor made IT systems and a smooth integration of modern technology. Your position is to take ownership of this, and in doing so you will work with nearly all departments and their specific input or requirements. Since most of the financial administration and business analysis also depends on these systems, you will report to the Finance Manager.

The D&T Technology Specialist is responsible for all HEX related D&T and IT topics. This entails the coordination, implementation, adaptation and maintenance of all these topics within, and tailored to, the HEX business needs. At the same time you safeguard the implementation of the global D&T strategy and ensure alignment with global guidelines. In this role you are the central point when it comes to D&T and HEX-specific IT topics. Consequently, you are required to be actively involved in all HEX developments and to take a leading role in any D&T related project. For non-HEX specific topics, like general IT services, the D&T Technology Specialist will have a supporting role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of HEX D&T structure
- Coordinate all HEX D&T and IT systems and ensure required involvement of all HEX departments
- Lead all HEX related IT development projects and ensure maintenance and continuous improvement
- Ensure good alignment with stakeholders, both internally and externally, whilst managing contracts and SLA-processes in line with D&T roadmap
Lead all HEX-related technology topics
- Take ownership of all data collection, formatting, security and management, in close cooperation with HEX business analyst
- Enable advanced and secure analytics, in cooperation with HEX business analysis and tailored to marketing insights or needs of other departments
Ensure alignment with global D&T program
- Ensure (further) integration of HEX in global D&T requirements/roadmap
- Proactively search for and promote D&T development that is applicable to HEX environment
- Align with peers and suppliers on an operational level

Experience Required:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in D&T or IT.
- Proven affinity with project management or IT development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Process oriented and ability to improve business procedures
