Molex in Sulęcin is looking for Sourcing Specialist Support who will be responsible for Direct procurement within ISBU, supporting manufacturing plant with focus on strategic commodities, shaping AVL, building vendor strategies together with Category Team, providing savings for the plant and global organization.

The Sourcing Specialist Support will be responsible in the future for Direct procurement for our plant in Sulecin.
The Team is part of Molex Global structure with Sourcing and Category Management.
What You Will Do
- Manage Approved Vendor List for Sulęcin plant within initial Category
- Take over full responsibility for AVL within assigned Category after training period
- Support Sourcing Manager and Team with price analysis and system updates
- Drive local NPD process for new projects through components quotation as support
- Manage the change process (PCN) and deviation process
- Price to Price reductions through negotiations after full preparation period
- Perform effectively as second level of escalation to the supplier
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Got basic procurement experience or another related
- Be open to negotiate in the future high value contracts
- Got analytical skills and open mind for savings creation
- Got ability to build and develop long-term relations with suppliers
- Strong communication skills (communication mainly in English)
