Position Summary

Are you ready to start your career in Human Resources in one of the biggest electronics companies in the world? We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Graduate Human Resources Trainee that will be part of HR team in Schiphol. This traineeship at Samsung includes a three-year program that gives you the opportunity to have several experiences within our HR department and to learn from the best. You will have the opportunity to work on all areas of HR including onboarding, compensation & benefits, HR data and systems, contract management, HR vendor and partner relations, communication and engagement. You will work closely with the HR Manager Benelux, the People Business Partners and the HR Officer in the Netherlands to assist with the daily operations of delivering HR support to all employees and be able to assist with initiatives and projects to improve the employee experience. You will work closely with other departments including finance, sales, supply chain and marketing.

Role and Responsibilities

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge and experience – you have a Bachelor (or Master) degree in HR. Graduates with another degree, but with the right experience and mindset also qualify!
• Spontaneous personality – you have strong communication skills and know how to convince others with your dedication, assertiveness and openness. With your enthusiasm, you actively involve others in projects and tasks.
• Sociable - you enjoy working with colleagues and having meetings with external stakeholders. You’re eager to build a network that you will keep up to date.
• Critical and analytical skills – you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You’re able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers.
