We are looking for a self-starting Agile coach, for the domain Retail NL, with a positive-critical view! Will you help Rabobank transform to a scalable Agile way of working? And do you dare to make a difference by discussing at different levels how teams can perform optimally? By using scaling rituals and tools, you ensure that transformations are successful. From senior leadership to scrum masters; you research, advise and guide what is needed to further develop Rabobank into a professional Agile organization.
The domain Retail NL is responsible for all Rabobank services and products for the Dutch market. The products in this domain are for example mortgages, loans, online banking, wealth management and payment services. The tribes that are responsible for these products and services cover the whole spectrum from product management, defining policy to building and maintaining platforms and software. Because this domain encompasses the core banking processes of the Rabobank, the business challenges are impactful and complexity and priority are high. The domain Retail NL started their Digital Transformation journey quite some time ago, and really are at the point that the digitization is or becoming their strategic advantage in the Dutch banking landscape. These factors make for a fast moving and inspiring environment where a strong conceptual knowledge of Agile and DevOps combined with a proactive attitude and affinity with business operations are a must.

You & your talent
- You have experience with scaled Agile

- You master the English language. It's a pre if you are fluent in Dutch

After a positive first interview, we will give an estimation on the scale that suits your experience. Below you will find an overview of the different scales for this position:
Agile coach (B)
- scale 9 - up to € 5.655 gross per month
- 3 years or more of relevant work experience
- Scope: coaching product owners, scrum masters and supporting coaching leadership
Agile coach (C)
- scale 10 - up to € 6.741 gross per month
- at least 5 years or more of relevant work experience
- Scope: coaching area and tribe leadership, owner of transformation tools & topics
Enterprise Agile coach (D)
- scale 11 - up to € 8.111 gross per month
- at least 10 years or more of relevant work experience
- Scope: coaching tribe (transcending) leadership in complex tribes, supporting Domain agile coach, owner of transformation topics
This is what we offer you for each role
- thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
- an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out
- a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
- a personal development budget of € 1,400-
- a combination of working from home and at the office
- 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
- a pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5.5% (based on your own preference)
- 151.2 hours holiday per year including 1 Diversity Day per year
