Business and process Controller
As the Business and process Controller of Kingspan Light + Air International you have a key role as enabler in the development and growth of our sub organization.
Your challenge!
As Kingspan Light and Air is acquiring and incorporating new acquisitions frequently, KLA International is the primary organization to look at commercial synergies and worldwide potential for the newly added products.
Onboarding these products in our sub organization will be your responsibility.
KLA International basically acts as a broker for the manufacturers we have in our group, although we are the customer interface making the agreements and making the promises.
To make sure that our factories live after these promises, you agree on their performances via service level agreements and monitor these in performance dashboards reporting on OTIF, response times, lead times and complaint handling.
With regards to process optimization, you will be the link between Kingspan Light + Air International, the IT organization and the Kingspan Light + Air companies (factories) in terms of business processes and associated information systems, looking after:
- Establishing the framework conditions and working methods to work with standard IT solutions.
- Assisting in the design of systems to be deployed and testing the functionality of business solutions.
- Developing and maintaining calculation software tools.
- Developing power BI financial dashboards
- Providing demos for new applications and the associated working methods.
So, in other words, you will be the backbone of KLA International making sure that our team members can perform.
Working for Kingspan Light & Air at the coalface you are the team enabler in out assignment to explore and untap new markets anywhere in the world. On behalf of the relatively new division Kingspan Light & Air, KLA International is going to expand its business to South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, making use of the existing Kingspan infrastructure and market presence where possible.
Tasks & responsibilities?
- Implementing SLA performance dashboard (CEER and WE/SE region), reporting OTIF, response times, lead times and complaint handling with the aim to improve our NPS performance.
- You will analyze the P&L, report discrepancies and suggest improvement potential.
- You will implement a quote approval process.
- You will be responsible for the pricing structure (including software tools) and implement modifications after the agreement with local plants.
- You will be responsible for onboarding new products in our team and making all available for our customers.
- You are working within the KLA Light + Air International team, reporting to the head of KLA International.

Kingspan Group is a global leader in insulation and building solutions for high-quality, sustainable buildings. Kingspan Light + Air is one of the five divisions. Light + Air are our main drivers. From advice and design to production, realization, and maintenance: the entire spectrum is represented with us. We supply and maintain tailor-made functional and sustainable solutions in the field of glass roofs and facades, smoke and heat dissipation, detection, natural ventilation, and climate technology.
Some of these products are processed by the company's own organization in projects, but a large part of the products is delivered to customers in Europe and beyond. To meet our customer requirements, the products are produced and engineered to order.
You will be located preferably in the southeast part of the Netherlands.
What is your profile look like?
You are perfect for this role if you:
- You have demonstrable experience (3 years) with information and business processes in a complex production environment.
- Experience with technical specification products in the construction sector
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and practices
- Analytical, change-oriented, eager and willingness to learn.
- You have the ability to name and define requirements for IT solutions, systems, processes, etc. in a schedule of requirements and then make substantiated proposals.
