  • Responsible for the development of a comprehensive policy on quality and ultimately responsible for the performance of the quality system in the Netherlands. HACCP Team responsible coordinator.
  • Evaluate the current system and propose an action plan to the management team. Actively involved in transversal group projects for SOLINA.
  • Ensure the strict compliance and feasibility of Quality procedures, work instructions, documents and QA related matters in job descriptions.
  • Increase the quality awareness and Food Safety Culture throughout the company and will organize quality trainings for all employees on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate/Lead internal audits and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Responsible for client- and certification- audits and from time to time you will perform supplier audits in order to ensure that our suppliers meet our quality standards.
  • Handle questions and complaints of clients (e.g. food inspection, law, technical documents) and suppliers, investigate and take an analytical approach on the business to determine the causes and to propose improvement processes.
  • Ensure the maintenance and development of our current QA certifications necessary for referencing our company to its customers.
  • Follow the regulations relating to the technical product specification and service documentation (raw material replacement, change formulas, data sheets, regulatory monitoring).
  • Guarantee that Solina Group’s Policies and Procedures and/or Instructions are established and implemented as well as followed by your personnel.
  • Organize, manage, plan and monitor the FSQEHS performance of the operations.
  • Master degree (Bio-Engineer, Ind.Engineer, Biochemics) with at least 8-10 years of experience in QA Management by preference in the food service industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, action oriented and flexible approach, strong analytical skills and excellent communicator.
  • Knowlegde and experience of FSCC22000, HACCP, BRC, IFS is a must.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English is essential, German & French is a plus.
